The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported on April 2 that Just Loaf'n has permanently closed its East Atlanta Village outpost. In the AJC's March restaurant openings-and-closings roundup, the paper said a notice at the shop pointed to a slow economy and unresolved construction issues at the site as the reasons for the shutdown.
The closure trims one more food option from the village while leaving the business's Grant Park location in operation. For nearby Atlanta diners, that means the brand is not disappearing entirely, but its footprint inside EAV has narrowed at least for now.
