The East Atlanta Strut returns to East Atlanta Village on Saturday, September 26, with a noon-to-6 p.m. festival at Brownwood Park featuring a parade, artists market, music, food and drinks.
The annual neighborhood festival will be centered at Brownwood Park and is organized by volunteers. The official Strut site says the event returns September 26 from noon to 6 p.m.; the City of Atlanta calendar lists Brownwood Park at 602 Brownwood Ave. SE as the event location.
What To Expect At The 2026 Strut
The Strut combines a parade with local artists, vendors, food, drinks and live entertainment. The festival’s organizers describe it as a neighborhood-wide event that returns proceeds to community nonprofits through grants.
The parade is scheduled to begin at noon. Organizers have also opened volunteer opportunities for the event, including planning and day-of shifts. A final entertainment lineup, vendor map and detailed street-closure information were not publicly confirmed in the sources reviewed for this preview.
The Strut 5K Starts The Day
The East Atlanta Runs Strut 5K is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on September 26, before the main festival. The City of Atlanta listing says the run will activate East Atlanta Village and support local community organizations, including the East Atlanta Kids Club and Blessing Bundles of Warmth.
